About Old Harry
The Old Harry is a rock Company is the retail outlet of the NOT-FOR-PROFIT company Allsort'd C.I.C. Based at Durlston Country Park in Swanage. The company supports young adults with learning disabilities and autism. The goods in the Old Harry store are designed and made by the clients and sold to help generate income for the clients themselves.
The Old Harry Logo ©️ 2019 is the result of a young Allsort'd autistic client proclaiming he found it difficult to understand how a rock could be a man or a man could be a rock. Allsort'd decided to aid his confusion by putting an old mans face on the rock and writing a small poem that described the various legends behind the naming of the famous rock. When he saw that the rock looked like a man, he was no longer confused and the logo became beginning of the Old Harry range of goods and clothing now sold in the shop. The Logo and poem are unique to Allsort'd and it's identity in the Isle of Purbeck. Thank you for visiting our website.
